30-Day Return Policy
At PRO RAY, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Return Eligibility
Items must:
• be unused
• be in original condition
• include original packaging
• show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@proray.store. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Return Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Change of Mind / Customer Remorse
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status within 2 business days.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. All refunds are processed in GBP (British Pounds) and will reflect the original purchase price paid.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please contact our support team and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page prior to purchase.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
